REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE FILLED AS FOLLOWS:

• If an individual requests to terminate his/her membership prior to his/her payment being processed by NGVA, then NGVA will simply not process the payment for that application. The applicant will forfeit no money.
• If an individual requests a refund after his/her membership application has been processed but prior to receiving membership approval and materials, that person will receive a refund of his/her membership fees minus a $25.00 processing fee.
• No refunds will be given after membership materials have been distributed to an individual.
• No refunds will be given if a request is made more than thirty (30) days after the membership application has been submitted.

NGVAmerica Event Refund/Cancellation Policy:

EVENT CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT:

NGVAmerica reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If NGVAmerica cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, NGVAmerica has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT:

Unless specifically stated on registration materials or within NGVAmerica’s Online Services Portal, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration will be within 45 days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment less the $75.00 administrative fee.

By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details. 

Who can access the NGVAmerica Online Services Portal member portal?

Please note that the NGVAmerica Online Services Portal member portal is to be used by members of NGVAmerica Online Services Portal only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by NGVAmerica Online Services Portal staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.

What can be posted?

To ensure all interactions within the NGVAmerica Online Services Portal member portal are safe and friendly, NGVAmerica Online Services Portal staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted. This includes abusive or offensive language, spam, malicious files, or other disrespectful contact.
